Short version: we only collect what you give us, and only use it to reply to you.
What we collect
When you use the contact form or sign up to the newsletter, we collect whatever you type into that form — typically your name and email address, plus your message. That's it. We don't track you across other sites, and this site doesn't use advertising cookies.
How it's used
Contact form submissions are used to reply to your enquiry — a question about a game, an order, condition grading, or selling/trading your own collection. Newsletter sign-ups are used to send occasional updates about new listings. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.
Where it's processed
Form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms, a third-party form service — their privacy policy covers how they handle submissions in transit. We keep the emails that arrive from it; we don't maintain a separate marketing database or CRM.
Your basket and wishlist
Items you add to your basket or wishlist are stored only in your own browser
(localStorage) — never sent to us until you actually place an order.
Clearing your browser data clears them.
